Ultaheim Huverix: The Warm Snowball

Capital of the Ultaheim Federation

Pronounced: Ull-Ta-Hi-Im-Who-Vuh-Ricks (NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP!)
or Ull-Ta-Heem-Who-Vuh-Ricks

"Well...Its icy, it's snowy and habitable...it may not be the best yet I believe the Empire can turn this Tundra world into a bustling metropolis!"

-Journal entry of a Colonist, 2183AD

(H. Agerein)"Hmph, I can't wait to turn Ultaheim Agerein into my ideal vision, I mean, I can see it already, tall buildings, bustling streets, with missile silos pretty much everywhere, bunkers underground and an Orbital ring around Helios Agerein...I doubt you'll be first...Huverix"

(D. Huverix)"The Agerein clan is strong, Hundar, yet it is not as strong as it could be...a little bit of leadership skills applied here and there as well as some...dedication and planning would go a long way"

(J. Onnerell)"Alright, the results are in, the order has been set by the general public, From now on, Ultaheim, shall be ruled by the Huverix Clan, for the next 20 Years, after the 20 years, it will be the Agrein Clan for another 20 years, then the Onnerell Clan and finally the Gerenoll Clan, for another 20 years, and so the cycle repeats as per the Cyclocracy system. It's all yours Huverix, congratulations! I'd like to see how you navigate this era where existence is fragile...I trust Ultaheim Huverix will be in great hands"

(D. Huverix)"Thank you Onnerell, I'm honored, I shall Lead Ultaheim Huverix and the Federation to victory against these other quarreling factions...this era ought to be the most dangerous...yet most interesting"

-Donnomor Huverix talking with other Clan heads after being chosen to lead first by the people in the Cycle, most clan heads choose to add their clan names after celestial bodies names to show their clan is the ruling clan

Lore:

Ultaheim Huverix is a rather large (in lore itd be larger than earth, yet not in Juno), habitable Tundra world, where temperatures are fairly decent for humans to thrive. Ultaheim Huverix (Formerly just Ultaheim) used to be a tech center and metropolis for the Helian Empire, this world had seen significant breakthroughs in heat retaining technologies and heating technologies, which were implemented within the suits of the Helian army. After the Shattering, Ultaheim Huverix and its system, were heavily militirised, this being due to the threat of neighbours and the Huverix Clan realizing that survival through Defence tactics was pretty much near impossible and a defencive campaign would make fronts indistinguishable from human meat grinders, leading to the Federation to choose the path of Conquest, to ensure their enemies are gone and no lives are wasted, following the "Conquer or Be Conquered" Doctrine. So far this doctrine is proving to be successful, due to the Ultaheim being the 2nd most dominant faction and militaristically powerful faction of System, 1-B, occasionally overtaking their nemesis, the Neridor Confederecy and keeping the Helian Remnants at bay (who are the 3rd most militaristically powerful faction within the system), who normally attack and invade smaller factions to gain more territory and control in order to be able to take on the Ultaheim or the Neridor in full on siege operations, yet both factions have been trying to contain the Helian threat (the remnants are often called the "cockroaches" or "small fries") by launching small scale siege ops and also making deals with smaller factions for temporary stationing and espionage operations for Intel collection. The conflict between the Neridor Confederecy and the Ultaheim is on a rather large scale with large scale space battles, Orbital bombardment, sieges, infantry battles for full on invasions (should a planet not surrender, land invasion is often used, such campaigns do take weeks-months, depends if Orbital support is present, naval support (depends if planet has oceans or bodies of fluid), aerial support, subterranean support, and size of landing force vs city garrison, not to mention the military assets used), asteroid fort sieges, Planet-planet weapon employment, etc. Analysts do say that both the Federation and Confederecy have a rather even chance of defeating eachother if their cards are played right, yet some do say that ultimately the Helian Remnants could possibly deliver a fatal blow to either one, causing irreversible damage leading to the said factions fall...should the Helian Remnants use their resources wisely, some examples being a heavy planet-planet weapon, a large scale siege, production of a Warmonger class vessels (should they manage to take some smaller factions or secure the wormhole to Prime to secure a resource shipping route), advancement of technology (could lead to more efficient/evasive warships, causing less casualties and infliction of more damage on a hostile faction). Either way...one will emerge victorious...

cool planet, btw if you didnt make one, you can make a planet almost fully covered in water, only a few little pieces of land can be found thru the oceans, like the subnautica

@island645879 well...I haven't observed any city lights here man, if there are...I genuinely don't know how I've achieved that since I didn't aim for that lol, although I do know how to add city lights, if your world has a speckled sub biome (as in its spread out across the surface as small dots in a somewhat high concentration (e.g small mountain tops) you just colour it bright yellow and make the emissiveness 100%. I hope this helps man, thanks for the support, I've done the citylights on my other planet, Delos (although those are refineries). Thanks again, live long and prosper

@PZLAgencies nah, I just had it on unlisted, I was doing the description and then I went to go watch stranger things with my mom, and then I got to finish it afterward, that's the best thing about unlisted, you can do the description, save, do more description, save, do the last parts, proofread, finalize and publish, it normally takes abt 2 minutes to publish for me
