3rd: Surface after crossing the event horizon
4th: Speed milliseconds before entering the event horizon

You see the escape velocity? That’s the speed of light the speed of light (c) is approximately 299 792 kilometers per second. Once you pass the point of no return called the event horizon you’re stuck indefinitely not even light can escape, you need to travel faster than light to escape but it is impossible to travel faster than the speed of light, to exceed this speed this requires an infinite amount of energy which is impossible to provide.

Note:
I added a ring around the black hole to make it easier to see.

Also if you make a black hole times larger then the times of other properties are same.

Example:
1000 radii black hole times 10.
Gravity is 10 times weaker.
Escape velocity is the same.

A black hole is an astronomical body so compact that its gravity prevents anything from escaping, even light. The theory of general relativity predicts that a sufficiently compact mass will form a black hole.[4] The boundary of no escape is called the event horizon. In general relativity, a black hole's event horizon seals an object's fate but produces no locally detectable change when crossed.[5] In many ways, a black hole acts like an ideal black body, as it reflects no light.[6][7] Quantum field theory in curved spacetime predicts that event horizons emit Hawking radiation, with the same spectrum as a black body of a temperature inversely proportional to its mass. This temperature is of the order of billionths of a kelvin for stellar black holes, making it essentially impossible to observe directly.
