Better Nyxera

Nyxera is a massive green super-Earth in the Nyvara System. It has a diameter of 11,000,000 meters and surface gravity of 6.235 m/s². Despite its cold surface temperatures averaging 150 kelvin during the day and 50 kelvin at night, the planet supports life due to its thick atmosphere and geothermal heat.

The surface is 50% land and 50% water, with 34% of its terrain covered in jagged mountains and ancient impact craters. Strong green and blue auroras are Mysterious across all latitudes, visible even at the equator.

Nyxera is home to over 21.25 billion alien inhabitants. These civilizations are divided among various species and factions. Some live in surface cities with glowing towers, others in floating platforms or underground complexes. Their technology is advanced but often decaying, the remains of a fallen interstellar empire that began on this world.

The skies above Nyxera are filled with debris from past wars, including crashed ships, satellites, and meteors. Thousands of wrecks have fallen onto the surface, creating radioactive zones and scattered alien ruins. Some areas are unsafe due to hostile machines or strange energy readings. Others are being explored or mined by scavenger groups.

The planet also contains massive alien ruins, glowing crystal towers, and the legendary Green Core, a rumored sentient energy source deep underground. Many explorers believe it powers the auroras and controls electromagnetic activity across the planet.

Although the empire that once ruled from Nyxera has vanished, its secrets remain. The ruins, archives, and lost technology continue to attract adventurers, scientists, and other factions across the Nyvara System.
