Tollos is a cold world...a very cold world, it is theorised it was picked up by Hemporos at its apoapsis (which ofcourse resides in the outer system). It mostly is composed of hydrous and icy compounds beneath its cold rocky surface. Tollos has an interesting past, as it was once a rogue world which formed from the debris of 2 moons of a browndwarf colliding. once formed it was kicked out by a terrian sized moon and set off on its journey toward Hemporos's home system and it remained an outer belt body (OBB) before being captured by Hemporos. Even though its liquid substance looks like something you may want to soak in after a long day...it hasnt been determined yet. so we dont know what it is (more importantly we dont know its pH level!) so...take caution!
