This is not 4546 B guys this is 4347 E but It's within the same category of planets having a vast world wide ocean and being a warm subterra. The planet has a greenish atmosphere likely due to some of the gasses present, for this reason the water Is also quite turquoise in color. The volcanic activity causes frequent eruptions and earthquakes further feeding the dense atmosphere.
