In terms of physical volume, Stephenson 2-18 is currently the largest known star discovered, with an estimated radius of 2,150 times that of the Sun. If placed at the center of our solar system, it would extend past the orbit of Saturn.

Stephenson 2 DFK 1 (more commonly known as Stephenson 2-18)’s radius was estimated using an unreasonably high luminosity. thus likely unreliable. meaning it isn’t the largest star. The REAL largest star is WOH G64 A at 1,540 times the Sun’s radius.
