(C)"If this is a proposal for alliance...it better be good..."

(N)"Well, you see, fellow leaders, all of us have the highest Warmonger count within this entire system, out of pretty much everyone here. So judging by that fact alone, everyone else would expect us to be locked in a 3 way conflict with eachother, yet I dont think we should fight...not because I believe in some "power of friendship", yet simply because, you see, if we were locked in a war, what'd your first move be? And would you include your warmongers in the operations nessecery?"

(C)"And why do you want us to reveal that? You could quite frankly use it against us should we all get into a conflict"

(D) (internally) [Couldn't she make something up to make herself fall through with the plan? That way If we were in a conflict we could have eachother fooled...]

(D)"Well...I mean Chancellor Cass is correct..."

(N)"Well I'm sure you would use a large portion of your Warmongers...wouldn't you? And as we know, no one had the capacity to produce warmongers in the outer systems...Warmongers were only ever produced in Prime...so with that being said, if we were locked in a war, we would weaken ourselves...from Warlords to the same level as the very Catepillars that surround us...once we are caterpillars...the caterpillars of today would become butterflies and then they will prey on us...which'd end In us being Conquered..."

(D)"Judging it from that point of view yes...you'd indeed be correct looking at things from a Geopolitical view...being crushed by caterpillars...pathetic indeed"

(C)"we'd be crushed only because we allowed for them to grow...so I can see where this is going"

(N)"Before you say "I'm in" Chancellor Cass, I'd like to say, this isn't a proposal for an alliance, yet a proposal of a league faction...us, the 3 of us, we form a league, we combine our militaries, resources, treasuries, discuss our next moves with our respective councils, military perssonnel and go on and crush the caterpillars that surround us...before they even get the chance to cacooon themselves, We have the most warmongers...we can start here in Lemuracol and extend outward, once we take pretty much everything, even the Helian Remnants...System 1 C would be ours, this way we can fortify the system and keep the remnants out, by the Prime Border, before launching an offensive campaign into system 1 B, im sure no faction would be totally dominant...there'd still likely be a large conflict in play between the 2 most dominant ones...I can say by stats it'd likely be the remnants and the Neridor Confederecy..., we can take System 1 B and fortify that too, before launching a 2 front offense campaign into prime...we take it all, we rule, we overrun the remnants...we win, what I'm saying isn't some mere delusion of mine, it is possible, I've done my nessecary research..."

(C)"A league faction is better than an alliance by a large margin...I mean I'd we were to combine everything of ours...we would be dominant, not to mention, even before total dominance of 1 C, we might have the capabilities of building our own Warmongers...this way we could mass produce them and that would give us a major upper hand against any caterpillar and the Remnants...we could even engineer a class above a Warmonger I believe...I'm in,"

(D)"Well, what you speak may sound like delusion until you analyze things...I must say, the Federation alone does have a lot of Warmongers and Militaristic capabilities, besides the thought of being Conquered is utterly appalling...just because we failed to keep the caterpillars at bay, I must say, even if you 2 were to form a league because I'd be out, I know I'd just be signing the Federations death certificate...I'm in Emperor!"

(N)"Great, I'm glad it worked out, thank you for understanding my fact based views, just inform your councils and let them have their say...I'd love to hear some innovative ideas...we are currently like a great sculpture...we look great yet we just need our finer details, like doctrine, deciding our first target, logistics, expansion plans, weapons development plans and I think that'd be great, nonetheless thanks again, have a pleasant day"

The Enitares league is the strongest and most dominant faction of System 1 C, made up of the most militaristically powerful Factions within 1 C after the shattering. These factions were very powerful thanks to the shear amount of Warmongers left to protect them, this being due to them having either been important mining moons or rather important, near done terraformation projects of the Helian Empire. The Enitares league has succeeded in taking many small and rather large factions territory and worlds thanks to their rapid militarization, mass producsion of battlecruisers, flagships, heavy cruisers, battleships, weapons tech research, ground vehicle production, diplomacy skills, military capabilities (interplanetary strikes (planet-planet), Orbital bombardment, etc) and warmonger research, not to mention their "Crush the Catepillar" Doctrine of Conquering smaller and younger factions before they become powerful enough to become considerable threats and challenge the Leagues dominance on system 1-C, possibly succeed in becoming the most dominant faction, leading to the league being Conquered and resulting in a mission failiure...which no one within the league wants. Right now the League is currently still expanding either by gaining new puppet factions (they collect protectorates like pokemon lol) through diplomacy or through militaristic Conquest, analytically, the league doesn't seem like it can be stopped, this is also due to the weaker Helian Remnants prescence within the system.

Rontro Eni is a somewhat large moon of Lemuracol (in lore itd be about 8k Km in diameter but be rather dense), likely formed as a rogue world with plentiful water, which made terraformation for the Helian Empire much easier (since there were many mineral rich moons of Lemuracol, the Helian empire planned to mine and terraform Rontro Eni into a lush paradise in order to house miners and workers and their families, yet terraformation wasn't complete unfortunately, yet the atmosphere was breathable and conditions were perfect for humans as it was, Rontro Eni also has 2 large storms, 1 south, out at Sea, deemed Hydro Electrinar and North, Deemed Geo Electrinar, Geo electrinar also serves as major harsh weather tech center for the Savaterin Empire and the league as a whole as well as an Auxiliary electricity supply to the moon as a whole, no one really lives within those regions, yet the lightning and clouds from orbit are often described as views thatd make the cold hearted even tear up), Scientists are split on how it did end up the way it did, hence there are 2 leading theories, one being the Charon theory (no offense...I'm kinda lazy rn and time is racing wally west..., pls Google How Charon got the way it did...I'm sorry) and the merge theory, indicating a collision had occurred between a small celestial body and a rather large celestial body and while the planet was recovering, it was slingshot out the system and didn't get enough of its home stars heat, hence it cooled down really quick hence it looking the way it did since it didn't get enough time to really even out (in summary)

I genuinely don't know, I just played around with the noise and this time It proved very fruitful...so yeah, you can deconstruct this lol, this is also my first posted world with self made clouds (the first official one being An old terraformed cylero 3 years ago, the 1st working one being Nennekor)
