Pandar's winters are much longer than it's summers, when it is closest to Zeppeli (and Fluoros), so the summers barely melt any ice away

What are the "extreme summers" like on this moon? Acknowledging that the surface is mostly comprised of ice, and assuming that extreme summers would bring intense heat, it would really melt a lot of the ice and drastically increase sea levels, provided the summers last long enough to even melt the ice.

It has a very eccentric orbit around Fluoros btw
