(I)"The people...everything, its just so vibrant, terrius is nice, havent seen it on the surface though...yet Nora...Nora is just something different, so alive, everyone treats you like they known you your entire life, the art, music, food, its all just so...lively, like ive never really seen before, the tall buildings and their diamond like shapes...man... I wouldnt mind living here if this is the norm, as well, those were some of the best shwarmas ive tasted in a long while...I guess this shows that I need to get out more!"

Nora was a target of the Commonwealth...pretty much upon its discovery in 2095 when early orbital telescopes and ground telescopes confirmed its existence and habitability. Nora is a very lively cultural hub, often a place where people describe they "feel more like themselves" and can "connect with themselves" making it a popular tourist attraction and playing a key role in its population growth. The people of Nora often do like art and more creative fields than people on other worlds, likely due to captivation of the alien environment, fauna, flora, some foreign rock formations, even the environment being mostly yellow (a happy colour), etc leading most of them to be more eccentric than most whilst, ofcourse being grounded. Nora also did see the revival of some ancient Terran foods such as Shwarmas, Sushi and Tacos, which are really common and widely loved. Historians think this is due to colonists from terrius and fordius having cleaned out every nook and cranny of their home and discovering and carrying old family recipes dating back to the days of Terra (which they unkowingly carried in a box which theyve never opened ever since they got to either terrius or fordius yet they did on Nora since they needed more containers for items since most of them chose to live out their lives on Nora rather than going back), some argue that people simply felt more free here, yet one counter arguement being that nothing was oppressing anyone on terrius or fordius.

Nora itself

Nora is a Terrius sized moonmoon of Delos, likely being native to the Trellius system and not being foreign. Due to it being a moon of a significantly large parent, scientists think this contributed heavily to it getting its water, since Delos likely pulled passing ice crystals and its moons pulled some in too resulting in the collection of water and other materials. Nora also is a rather rich world in terms of metals and rare metals, thanks to it being a moon of Delos and asteroids being lured in thanks to it and Delos.
