The Roche limit does depend on the primary and satellite, however, it is the densities of both objects and the size of the planet that matter. The higher density and small scale of J:NO allows for objects to be very near to eachother before being destroyed by the planet's Roche limit. There are two equations: one for a rigid satellite, and one for a fluid satellite. A rigid satellite is bas a satellite that will resist deformation, and a fluid satellite will be deformed. I used the equation for rigid satellites because appearancewise, there is no deformation, and the description does not state anything about it either (that is, deformation). @BeaconIndustries

In J:NO scale, the Roche limit is 5483.521 km, and in RSS scale, it is 27419.041 km. However, this is assuming that this satellite is rigid and does not deform under tidal forces or pressure. @BeaconIndustries
