Arguably the most extreme planet in the entire SDG-1 galaxy, and if not, then definitely the most extreme within the Mortan system. Namalato is a fairly large eyeball planet tidally locked to Mortan. It is one of the closest-orbiting planets to its star relative to other systems, resulting in a ridiculously high surface temperature of up to wq10000 K. Not only that, its lava is so hot that it's blue rather than a familiar orange. It also has a thin atmosphere, composed solely of the gases emitted from its lava as its surface tears apart and forms back over and over again. Nobody has any idea how the planet hasn't been engulfed or ripped apart by the parent star yet.
