mountains seem eroded...was there once water here? some more proof could be that the atmosphere looks moist as hell, indicating vapour

The black mountains can use a little bit more diversity, such as varying colors and patterns, changing shapes, the whole nine yards. The atmosphere looks great, however, I suggest you lower the terrain scale a bit lower. Overall, this moon and it's parent planet will do the system justice
