Charon has a mass that is roughly 1/10th that of its companion Pluto. This moon has the largest proportional mass out of any moon in the Sol or Canaan systems. Just for reference, Ararat is 1/26th the mass of Nysa. Charon’s interior may have cooled down, however residual heat from this world’s once warm interior still seaps through the deep cracks on this moon’s surface.
