Nebra has underwent a Drood terraformation effort hence explaining why its so lush and has a blue atmosphere. The droods do plan to build more cities on the now exposed continents and build a space elevator(as they reduced the sea level) as well as place more Hassleback habs in orbit. Prospectors also report some rare minerals being here which may cause a gold rush in the future, as for now Nebra just serves as another population center and terraformed frontier.
