@simpleAstronaut I actually think 0°, 61° W (or about there) would be better (that little strip between the large ocean & the small inland sea). Assuming a normally populated world, you could go from an inclination of 0° to 90° and only ever drop stages in the ocean or that small bit of desert to the north.
