@Pedro an opaque white corona might make sense for brighter stars. But a transparent dimmer corona would be better for systems with red dwarves. That way, a player can see the red surface of the star
I noticed that the raised launchpad no longer carries the particle affects by default. This means any planet that had a launchpad with particles before the update, no longer has the effects.
I found a way to give stars the illusion of light. I can extend the range of the ambient light of the stars. I can also change the ambient light of the planets to match the light of the stars. My upcoming Canaan Trinary System 1.4 update will include said features.
@pedro16797 when I calculated the density of Venus’s atmosphere, I multiplied Droo’s atmospheric density by 92. What I meant to say was I wanted to see if it was possible to make an accurate recreation of Venus with 92atm in this game without causing significant glitches.
I wonder if Parallax can be applied to custom planetary systems?
+4 one year agoThere is a bug with parachutes, when ever a parachute experiences too much stress the craft accelerates to 5000 m/s

+1 1.9 years agoI noticed that the star has this large white sphere around it. The craft flies inside of this white sphere before it gets to the star’s crush altitude

4.4 years agoI would like to see a Venus analogue with 8.87m/s gravity and a surface air density of 111.964kg/m3
