Stick with SR2
I have wanted this in the game ever since ksp’s parallax 2 realeased. I cannot wait for this to come out
Oookay then @Ylias
Yeah I play
I’m surprised nobody has done this already. Nice work, can’t wait to see the first visual mod on this website.
Looks really really great. It’s a shame that me being on mobile it is unplayable on even medium graphics, let alone high. Good work though.
The new name is slightly taking up the old name on this website
@Gen3ralInterstel1ar very true
It wouldn’t be to difficult though, the KSP mod of parallax 2.0 released recently, and it has A LOT of ground scatter, and you don’t even need a strong device to run it. Still however, Jundroo would still have settings for ground scatter, because it probably could cause lag @Zenithspeed
Yeah, it seems a lot of fun… However, I have a critic with a the moon of a featured planet called gurdama. The moons current name is ‘donk’, a placeholder name, it showed a brief picture and they say gurdama is trying to show what earth looked like 4 billion years ago. The moon ‘donk’ was just recently captured, like earth at the time, however, it looks a lot like the moon right now, and the moon in the real world, was covered in lava, and was a very hellish place to live, this was how the lunar Maria was formed. Donk looked nothing like this, and I feel it is very innacurate. @Gen3ralInterstel1ar
The only major update I got since first install was the very recent brittle rockets, also I did technically do this after my I.pad killed itself @TronicOrbital
Glad we are sticking with SR2
Tinker your rockets big time
I do not have that kind of patients @TronicOrbital
I know, but the Juno system is smaller than in real life, in the real world it is a 3 day coast, but in SR2, it should be about a 15 hour coast if I did it all in one take. But it will take longer because I am not doing it all in one day. @Aviator01
I have always wanted the wing to look real and change with the airfoil type. Thank you so much for adding that
This is looking really great so far, I am really looking forward to the release. Keep up the good work
@SamTheFox I will try it then
@SamTheFox but even when copying NASA, by making something like a Saturn v, even when accurately scales and made, it will barley have enough to get into earth orbit, if not failing to do even that.
I was very very happy to see the update sign just a minute go next to Juno new origins. I am very very happy now.
Same here, I just feel like the game is bullying me @Allisson
@Gen3ralInterstel1ar indeed we do
@NewIIFrontiers not really, ascent is much different then descent in requirements
I downloaded this, went and saw all the features I heard of, and then ended up just stumbling appon other features, and I absolutely love the update.
@Plasma01 Just did
I suppose @DragoranosSR2
Essentially, I mean the same earth as the size of droo, and mars about the size of cylero, ext @DragoranosSR2
Yeah I know, and I have to wait even longer to get it on Xbox @SamTheFox
So that’s why. Thanks @SamTheFox
I don’t even have an option for waves in there. @TronicOrbital
I suggest you scatter detail to the surface of planets like KSP 2 plans to have, examples being, a bunch of dark, jagged rocks on Luna, and trees on droo. It can add a new level of gameplay, and in my humble opinion makes planets/moons look much much nicer on the surface.
KSP is more about the gameplay, with a campaign and science mode to progress through. SR2 is a better simulator, with stunning graphics, and a slight edge in physics modeling. Also SR2 is cheaper and more available. Personally I say it is tough to say, I like both games, but when SR2 gets campaign mode, it will definitely get the upper hand.
If you are not sure what changed, the ground looked a lot darker on the surface, and I changed that up a little, and edited it’s texture.
Could there be a tide added, because I hate the look of the sharp line from beach to water, with no smoothing or tide.
Terrin and Lunter
Link to planet
@Zenithspeed @virgoSpace @CursedGriefer thanks
I really should upload it @SamTheFox
I am aware it looks like better Cylero by @HyperPatch that was my inspiration. This is not a successor, and I only mildly looked at his planet, I got the colors to be that way myself.
I find this useful, but the issue is that it does not show how much is required to get from a planet to another one. Ex: you land on cylero, this map doesn’t show you the requirements to get back to droo
Not much interesting, yet, I still have to wait 4 hours to the correction node @Wenhop
I would not do that. @HorizonsTechnologies
I did not @HorizonsTechnologies
I am aware, if I weren’t on mobile, I think I would actually wait the 4 days by playing in RSS @GSpace
