To the people who didn't know, Oblique wing aircraft (specifically an variable Oblique wing) was a proposed design where its goal was to reduce drag (for supersonic flight) and still perform well at slow speeds i.e. landing and take off, this design has one crucial advantage compared to conventional variable winged aircraft at the time i.e. F-14, was that the Oblique wing design only needed a single hinge mechanism (compared to two on the conventional one) thus it's less complicated to maintain and simplier and lighter design, and the only downside is that it's a little unstable on the roll axis but we can just wave it off by using fly-by-wire systems
