I figured out how to do this, I only have one problem: I don't know how to get rid of a part of the wing that's not part of the frost line that's sticking out. I just make that part that is sticking out transparent. That's the only problem I have.

. HOW TO DO THIS IN 10 EASY STEPS:

STEP 1. Add a command chip, set it to primary to the fuel tank, and add a battery.
. Change the name of the Fuel Tank to FuelTank take AWAY THE SPACE
.STEP 2. ADD LIKE 30 ROCKET ENGINES TO THE FuelTank USING THE SYMMETRY TOOL
.STEP 3. YOU NEED TO USE A WING and connect it to the FuelTank, and add 30 wings around the FuelTank by using the symmetry tool. and the wings additional setting add a flight program and place anything to the vizzy CODE and do NOT connect it to the ON START, THEN SAVE IT TO CRAFT.
.STEP 4. ADD ONLY 1 CONTROL SURFACE TO THE WING AND CHANGE THE INPUT TO BE Pitch.

STEP 5. ON THE WINGS TINKER PANEL, PUT DRAG SCALE TO ZERO AND MASS TO ZERO, AND BUOYANCY TO ZERO AND PUT MAX TEMP TO 3000. THIS WILL STOP THE WINGS FROM POPPING OFF WHEN FLYING.
.STEP 6. SELECT THE WING, GO TO THE TINKER PANEL, AND FIND EDIT HIDDEN PROPERTIES. Then find ControlSurface section, and find maxDeflectionDegree and change it to 90.

STEP 7. IN WINGS HIDDEN PROPERTIES, FIND Config, then scroll and find partScale
THEN COPY THIS 1E-06,0.2,7 THEN PASTE IT ONTO PARTSCALE.
.STEP 8. IN WINGS HIDDEN PROPERTIES, GO TO THE TOP RIGHT WHERE THE NAMES OF EACH SECTION ARE AND CLICK ON THE BLUE PLUS SIGN AND ADD InputController. IT SHOULD ALREADY BE THERE BY DEFAULT WHEN YOU PRESS IT ,SO JUST ADD IT TO THE HIDDEN PROPERTIES
.STEP 9. IN InputController SECTION FIND INPUT AND COPY THIS acos(FuelTank.FuelTank.Data.Fuel/FuelTank.FuelTank.Data.Capacity)/pi*2 AND PAST IT ON IT.

STEP 10. IN InputController FIND min AND CHANGE IT TO 0, THEN FIND inputid and change it to this Pitch make sure the P in Pitch is capitalized
.BONUS STEP. MAKE SURE ALL THE WINGS YOU ADD AROUND THE FuelTank have the same settings and same shape

BONUS. YOU CAN CHANGE THE COLOR DIRECTLY OF THE WING BY GOING TO THE SECTION PART AND FINDING MATERIALS, LIKE YOU CAN HAVE ALL WHITE BY USING THIS 5,5,5,5,5

Bonus. You can just make the parts that stick out transparent, like find the color of the thing sticking out of the wing, and change it to transparent in the paint tool, and also in the Tinker panel at the bottom, change the collision response to none and part collision to never to the wing.
