Controls
-Spawn it on the DSC launch pad and simply do a normal orbit (90-110km orbit), lock heading and correct its heading if possible
-throttle down and separate under 4 percent fuel (the flyback booster has to be empty), then circularize with the main ship, and after that just change back to the ARCUM flyback booster to reenter (be very careful with reentry)
-All of the AG's are named correctly
-For VTOL mode on the main ship just lock heading
-If you encounter wobbling issues just reduce the derivative or just use x2-x4 gamespeed
Notes
Sometimes the flyback boosters' engines don't work after separation, so just change to the shuttle then back to the booster and it should work again.

I’m find it a bit difficult to maneuver in a vacuum. The RCS system doesn’t seem to be able to handle the engines, making it start flipping and tumbling, but it could be me doing something wrong (as per usual). Any advice?

Looks presentable, but a lot of major functionality issues, especially with the staging event. Hard to control before staging. Both vehicles spin out of control while staging and the booster is totally irrecoverable. Doesn't to reach orbit and you'd get better dV margin with Kerolox and full-flow stage engines. The booster flew perfectly after I removed those canards. Canards are better if they're full-moving too. Anyways.
