    I mean what I did... That I save vizzy of this rocket then copy the 1st stage and used my own 2nd stage but it didn't work properly!

    @Kell I had managed to save the program in the first stage command chip and use it in the KA-3, and for the most part the first stage of that booster worked perfectly... albeit a little too well. Because by the time the second stage got to an apoapsis of 150km, the first stage on it passed the space center and glided as far as it could before crashing 15km to the west. It appears that your programming might work exceptionally well across a wide assessment of platforms, but timing becomes difficult to do when the second stage takes too long to reach the target apoapsis.
