This is an improved version of the V3 I.C.B.M., this one doesn't have a solid motor rocket,instead it has an Hydrolox powered Omega engine, which is powerfull enough to launch it and destroying it, also has cameras to watch on different angles below your rocket.
If you want to make a landing you can continue with the stages and end on the landing legs. If you want to destroy it, then do nothing after the 1st stage.
