An Beta Heavy side booster that will support the demonstration mission this summer completed its first static fire test at iSpace’s South Coast Vehicle Development Facility.
Wait! Why don’t you upload the South Coast Vehicle Development Facility!
Essentially a miniature version of Beta or Beta Heavy
Wait, I have an idea...wanna make a deal with Stratolaunch to make an air-launched rocket?
Go Beta Heavy!
And if you want to see more Beta Heavy content, then use the hashtag #betaheavy on any comments on any iSpace posts
This summer, join us in wishing the first ever Beta Heavy Bon Voyage!
Are you ready for Beta Heavy????????
Okay, I have a deal for you, iSpace. Broadcast the rocket’s maiden flight and then upload it
I want to put a payload on the Beta Heavy!
@iSpace When you land with your rocket on Cylero?
how is this an idea?
And I want to give you one idea: you make a car and call it iTrack or iCar and launch it into space with a Beta heavy rocket.
I mean I'm running out of fuel first and I can't get into orbit
I could make such automachic rockets but there is one big problem I run out of fuel for the first time and I do not have time to make an orbit.
I admit to you that your rockets are the best in terms of programming.Not one craft will not get tired of your rocketry with the program in 1 or 2 years.
@iSpace aghahhdbbsks ummm hey would you upload The test facility pls
Would you like to use my payload for test mission?
@iSpace Ah, Ok.
@Doglover232YT We'll land the center booster on droneship on the coming equatorial orbit mission, such as Rideshare, interplanetary mission.
Beta Heavy Demo is a mid orbit inclination mission. The default droneship is located on the equator, so Beta heavy won't fly over the droneship on this mission.
To get back to the landing zone, a booster stage would need to kill it's eastward lateral velocity and then do a westward burn. This extra deltaV boostback expense inflicts a penalty on payload mass. In order to save fuel, Beta heavy will fly at a higher angle of attack.
@iSpace Can't wait!
@iSpace So, We won’t be seeing a droneship landing of center core? Are there any drawbacks not having the core land on a droneship? Also, what stage of development are you in with Beta Heavy right now?
Looks excellent can't wait to see it finally launch.
