First, I just want to apologize to the community for disappearing into a black hole these past few months. We have been incredibly busy with SimplePlanes VR and have been crunching to get it ready before Christmas. This turned out to be an enormous effort, far greater than any of us expected. Fortunately, we were able to get it done and SPVR is launching Friday.

After the New Year, after ensuring SPVR development is running smoothly, some of us will return to SR2 and start with a small bug fix update. After that, we will resume the career mode and localization updates. If plans change, I promise to do a better job of communicating with the community.

For those that may wonder, localization is a technique that would allow us to translate the game to other languages, and for the community to make their own translations for their own if they aren't included or for fun (I've always enjoyed playing Minecraft with the Pirate language).

It's been something I've been asking for for a long time and @HellFireKoder has been doing an amazing job at it, that was paused to help with SPVR. Things are looking great so far but the game has far more text than we thought (who would have thought we had so many tooltips and descriptions!). I'm hopeful for this to be a gamechanger, opening the game to a larger community of space enthusiasts from all over the world :)

@AndrewGarrisonI'm attaching it to you to do it:
    1.Make a new burning effect.
    2.Add clouds.
    3. Add rain.
4.Add new engines such as nuclear and dimethylhydrazine engines that are used on the Proton M rocket.

well, it is kind of possible to make black holes ingame using planet studio, but i would be hands down having a legit specific black hole "object" that is seperate from that
either way, yeah, i hope we get more leaks soon (they usually do release most if not all features that an update contains before it actually drops)

"Black Holes", was that a spoiler? XD We're all looking forward to seeing what career mode looks like. I believe this deployment will bring a new face to the game, making it a lot more fun. Finally, Merry Christmas and New Year to the whole team at Jundroo and please give more spoilers about the updates!! <3

Make sure to take your time
Its better to take long on a good game than release something rushed. Good work and good luck to the team
