To get the full 180 degrees out of a hinge joint you currently need to place the part sticking perpendicular out the side of your craft so it will be able to rotate 90 deg each direction without hitting the craft. It would be much nicer if we could set the starting value for the hinge so it launches nice and streamlines and fits easier inside payload fairing, but still has full 180 deg movement once in orbit and fairing is detached.

Also just more build control over hinges in general would be wonderful, like it would be nice to just tell a hinge with say 90 degrees range from 0 to 90, or 90 to 180, instead of as it is now where 90 degrees range only moves from 45 to 135 degrees and you need to mount it diagonally with 45 range to get it to move 0 to 90 degrees relative to its base.

    @pedro16797 I don't know how to code xml, I think this should be included in the game rather than having to manually edit files outside the game :)
