Broadcast camera view to Multi-function Display

Add an option to broadcast the view captured by a camera mounted on the craft to a multi-function display, like a CCTV, so that the pilot can “see through” the aircraft and the surroundings with the screen, without having to switch between camera views or looking around. It also makes things look much cooler.
