Vizzy variable for setting or getting the camera position and direction as PCI vectors.

Note: would be useful for targeting objects easily with camera, or creating true heads up displays that account for camera parallax. Also for creating custom chase cams, virtual scenes, and would eliminate the need for creating difficult camera vantage points.

    Camera direction remains the same as it was, but position is an offset in the player's craft local space the way it has been implemented
