[bug] website "following" pages URL error

Sorry, rules say submit bugs reports ingame with a sandbox but it is a website problem, not a game problem. Feel free to delete this post.

Problem : the "following" pages "next" button URL are wrong and lead to a 404.

reproduce :
- log in and go to your "following" page : https://www.simplerockets.com/Following
- Click the "next page" button, at the bottom right.
- Get a 404 because the URL is https://www.simplerockets.com/Following/Posts?p=2&t=0 when it should be https://www.simplerockets.com/Following/?p=2&t=0
