    nope, i think the game just shows far away planets as flat circles rather than including terrain changes to reduce lag and other oerformance issues

    @Zenithspeed The terrain features have very limited range. 60,000 to 70,0000 Mm? They can't be observed from the SOI of another body either.

    i made a pulsar myself too but the light streak things didn't work out too well, they appear in PS but not anywhere else, might just be that mine is too big though

    i created a system (not in simplerockets 2) called dewo, it is the nearest star to detra and is a pulsar.
    the furthest planet named dewo-3 is made of rocks and lava, it used to be a rouge planet but was captured by dewo…sort of.
    and dewo-3 will go on a very straight trajectory to detra at a periapsis of 1,000,000 kilometers from the atmosphere, and then get captured by berion and fly towards dewo.
    the cycle repeats every 1 million years
