@Samps0n am still doing the coding on this Craft so I'll Reupload it when I've sorted it, This time hopefully it can permanently stop Time unless you exit game and relaunch!

So it is effectively the exact same as a pause button? You don’t have craft control or anything that is useful(not to sound harsh)?

@Samps0n it stops everything, That's why it's called Time Block, If you was to open any sandbox and use this Craft it would also stop time until you unpause it manually! :)

Does it just stop the clock? Or motion of orbits? Once per sandbox or per upload to sandbox?
