Is it possible to upload a creation with a custom, edited image with things like text on it using a non hacked mobile iOS (apple tablet)? I have attempted this to some extent before without success, respond if you have done this or know whether or not it is possible.

Yes it is possible with file editing.
1. Get the image you want to modify from your photo gallery
2. Modify it in anyway you want (save it with a new name)
3. Place it in your photo gallery folder
4. Go back a folder and open "PhotoLibrary.xml"
5. Copy the last line and paste it again in a new line
6. Change the "name" property to the image you saved (with the new name) name
7. Save and you are done
Note: For thumbnails, the image has to be square.
