Throttle Slider Location Prevents “Updating Craft”

Trying to do two missions simultaneously. They are at the bottom of the contract list. Unable to scroll down or rearrange contract placement on iPad. Set UI to 75% so that all contracts fit on screen. However, the Throttle Slider is positioned directly over mission contracts that need to be updated.
