An idea to improve functionality of symmetry to enable more creative options by separating mirror and radial modes from the number of axis.
The odd values are unavailable from Mirror axis.

Have a toggle between:
Mirror <|> Radial
And a settings list for axis:
< 2x | 3x | 4x | 5x | 6x >
For example:
Mirror 2x vs radial 2x are already present, drawing one blue "plane" along the craft.
Mirror 4x draws a plus along the craft of two "planes" colored blue and red, representing first and second mirror axis, mirroring the part across the two axis. This creates 4 parts. Radial 4x is as in game.
Mirror 6x draws 3 "planes" (blue, red, yellow, mirroring blue, red, yellow ) along the craft separated at 120 degree intervals for the "top" of the axis, creating 6 segments. This creates 6 parts. Radial 6x is as in game.
