Due to its rather close distance, Chasmata can regularly be seen from Utopia for several hours at a time, but this also means it is the main controller of tides for its parent. Similar to Earth's own moon, its tidal locking means that only the side with cooled down rivers faces Utopia, while the side facing away is comparatively dull in appearance.
