A wise mate once said...

If we can't walk in space, how could we float in space, but still control our movement? We must achieve this goal before making permanent habitats in space.
Nobody has completed my goal yet. I'll make that happen.
How 'bout we start the race to something called...uhh...extra..vehicular...activity. Whatever that is.

Rules

It:
1. Must have a test dummy
2. Must be tethered with something (hinges are best)
3. Must have A COMMAND CHIP.
4. Must be in a cargo bay
5. Must have a way to get out of the vessel and back in to the same spot
6. Craft must be uploaded and must tag me
7. Cannot use XML modding or tinker panel
8. Must not damage the craft
9. Must not pull the craft more than 30 m/s over orbital speed
10. Must survive re-entry (enable heat damage and re-entry effects)

Max score: 50/50 +1000 bonus

Weight: out of 50
Size: out of 50
Beauty/Design: out of 50
Agility: out of 25
Tether system: out of 25
Complexity: out of 25
Realism: out of 25
Propulsion: out of 25

Bonus Points

+500 for realism
+250 for overall design
+150 for very clever easter eggs
+57 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
+40 for action groups
+2 for each crew able to do an EVA
+1 for completing all of the above

-750 for pulling the craft

Challenge ends on June 19, on the day the first EVA repairs of a spacecraft were made
